I installed a furnace and chimney liner.
Replaced seized inducer motor. Flushed condensate system and cleaned flame sensor. Unit is back up and running and heating properly. Thank you for having us out!
No heat call, found the inducer motor to have a rough startup. Code on control board put out failed igniter, also flame sensor is close to failing. Noticed control board to be failed. Blower motor bearing were leaking oil and blower wheel was dirty. Provided repair options, customer decided to have an install supervisor out to give replacement recommendations.
Installed iWave whole home air purification system. Went over operation with client and registered product for the 3 year warranty. Applied $50 coupon. Thank you for having us out!
Tuneup, everything in furnace was working as it should. Found that the condensate pump was really loud and running longer than it should. The humidifier had way too much water coming out and the shutoff valve wasn’t working. Flame sensor and igniter were also pretty worn down.
We were out today because system was failing to heat. It was running fine the whole time I was there. Throughly checked furnace and found that inducer draft was proper, gas pressure and temperature splits looked good, and components were operating. However, I did find an anomaly with the flame sensing voltage and current. It was fluctuating all over the place. Cannot say for sure this was the cause of today’s issue, but I provided an option to replace board. Clint going to hold off for now to see if issue presents itself again. Thank you for having us out!
No heat. Noticed furance gas valve, and control board to be failed and causing the furnace to not heat. I also noticed the burners to be very rusty and corroded causing issues as well. Customer also installed non Oem inducer and that was also causing potential issues. After going over repair options customer decided to have an install supervisor come out and give replacement options before he commits.
Performed heating system tuneup. Inducer motor and blower motor amp draws all within proper specification. Tested system safeties and ignition components. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor. Gas pressures and temperature rise are within range. Tested condensate trap and drainage system. Verified the safety and integrity of the heat exchanger. System is operating properly at this time and is in overall good condition. Thank you for having us out!
We were out today because humidifier hasn’t been working properly. Found humidifier working normally, but the electronic air cleaner pre-filters were completely clogged and blocking airflow. Removed from the system and installed a 1” filter temporarily. Client is going to purchase a 4” 16x25 filter from the store. Talked about upgrading the system with an iWave whole home air cleaner. This will give the benefits of an electronic air cleaner, without having to regularly clean the cells. The iWave-R is self cleaning and requires no maintenance after installation and has a 10 year life expectancy. Scheduled for Monday morning.
Club tuneup, furnace was 16 years old. Looked at the heat exchanger and upon entry of limit found a crack in a dimple. Blower was leaking oil, inducer leaking and worn, flame sensor and igniter were both old and worn. Customer decided to go with system replacement on Monday.
Returned to complete repairs on mini split head. Replaced grill gear. Verified proper operation. Thank you for having us out!
Tuesday install after 3pm doctor and tight schedule 6 years parts 1 year labor 1 year maintenance
Furnace tune up. 1994 furnace. I did notice a failure on the heat exchanger and put a red tag on the furnace due to the failure, I shut down the furnace as well. I also noticed the draft and blower motor were leaking oil and overamping and the burner assembly was dirty and rusty. Went over replacement options and customer will reach out when she’s ready to move forward

No heat call, had a code for open pressure switch. Found that the pressure switch was the issue but there were also other wearing parts, circuit board was corroded , exhaust motor was loud and over amping. Customer went with the pressure switch repair and everything was working properly when replaced.
Tuneup, checked and verified operation of equipment, noticed flame sensor failed and igniter to be worn. With customers approval replaced both parts and everything working correctly.
Club member tune up. Cleaned flame sensor, checked filter, checked igniter, cleaned and cleared drains, verified safety’s works correctly. System works properly and heats home adequately at this time. Did notice humidifier panel is due for annual replacment. Replaced humidifier filter
Rental inspection both units pass
4 furnace tune up. Provided repair options for furnaces and set up install supervisor
We were out today because system was not heating. Drain pressure switch is re-opening. Found this to be due to improper pitch of the furnace. I shimmed up the back of the furnace to allow for better drainage. Verified pitch is now proper. Restored operation and system is working properly at this time. Thank you for having us out!
For this tuneup, checked flame sensor, checked igniter, checked motor amps and temp. Furnace is working as it should. Noticed flame sensor was a little worn, collector box gasket to be a little thin and wearing, also noticed the inducer motor to be hot and over amping. Went over repair options and customer will reach out when he’s ready to move forward.

Found the louvre gear had been cracked and is not catching the louvre door. Ordered a replacement part and in the mean time, just removed that front door so area could get some heat. No heat on a geothermal unit. Unit flat on r22 refrigerant, disconnect and Contactor burnt, blower leaking oil and computer board is burnt at spots. After going over repair options customer decided to have an install supervisor come out and give replacement options
