Thank you to Andrew, boiler expert! I am relieved to find a company that not only puts customer services first, which is rare these days but is highly qualitied and knowledgeable. Andrew not only addressed and fixed our problem immediately but provided additional information about our heating and hot water system that were not related to the issue he came to fix. He explained everything in detail and took the time to provide solutions and expense information should we want to address some of our additional concerns. Highly professional, knowledgeable and a kind person. It is nice to have a company that you feel comfortable with and can be trusted to take care of your home needs.

They sent the sweetest expert out right away. David walked me through what was wrong with my AC unit and how he would fix it and had all the work done right away. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Dwight was great! Funny, entertaining but most importantly very knowledgeable and patient when educating about the process of installing a new furnace and air conditioning. He goes above and beyond!I would highly recommend him and his staff!!

GRMH&C came out today. Andrew checked my furnace & AC. He was kind, thoughtful, and did a great job. I have mobility issues. He even helped by installing my new furnace filter. I had asked him about a carbon dioxide detector. He looked online for me and suggested that I call GRFD for a home safety inspection as they will replace my smoke detectors and install a carbon dioxide detector for free. What a blessing!

Andrew was great! He diagnosed the problem efficiently and even showed me where in my furnace a cable had shorted. Although it took a while for him to get the new parts, their office communicated with me and kept me posted the whole time. Will def be using in the future
