No heat. Customer stated he had a company out previously and they said his inducer motor failed. Upon inspection I noticed the inducer motor to be failed as well as the heat exchanger. 10400 NINP 3 months then 120 month loan after 10 year parts 2 year maintenance 10 year parts 3 drop cloths Wi-Fi thermostat

System not heating. No error codes displayed. Acting like the drain pressure switch is not closing, but I verified continuity across the switch. After a few times cycling unit on and off, it finally fired up and continued running. I suspect a fault with the control board. Replaced board under warranty. Also swapped out pressure switches for good measure and added a vent to the condensate drain line. Working properly at this time. Thank you for having us out!

Like for like furnace and ac 90 for 90 Ac only 2.5 ton is load they have a 3 ton now same thing with furnace it’s an 80 but only need 60

Customer had us out because he noticed the furnace wasn’t running properly. Upon inspection of the furnace I noticed the rollout switch to be open and constantly running the furnace fan, the control board was not showing any signs of life and was corroded. I noticed the plastic viewing glass on the combustion box to be melted. Upon opening up the furnace I noticed there to be a very strong rotten smell coming from the heat exchanger, indicative of a clogged secondary heat exchanger. Upon looking at the heat exchanger I found it to be severely corroded and cracked in several spots, thus the rotten smell. I red tagged and shut down the furnace due to failed heat exchanger. Provided repair options, and after going over everything with the customer he decided to have an install supervisor come out and provided replacement options.

I repaired a Carrier furnace in Grandville, MI, that was not producing heat. After inspecting the system, I discovered a faulty flame sensor that was preventing the burners from igniting. I replaced the flame sensor with a new OEM part and cleaned the burner assembly. After reassembly, I tested the system through a full heating cycle. The furnace is now functioning properly, providing consistent heat throughout the home. The homeowner was advised on routine maintenance to prevent similar issues in the future.
