My experience was great when I needed a new furnace in December 2024. Talon did an awesome job making me feel comfortable about making this big purchase without any pressure. He took the time to explain all my options and helped me make a decision which gave me the most effectient unit at the best price. Meeting with him wasn't like talking to a salesman but more like weighing options with a friend. The install team was also professional and completed the job and clean up in a timely manner. They even upgraded some other drainage pipes with the extra supplies they had. I would recommend them everytime!

A few years ago our AC went out during a week where the lows were in the upper 80s and the highs were reaching upper 90s. I reached out to other HVAC providers but they told us they wouldn't be able to get out to repair for over a week. GRMetro came out the same day and had it fixed within a few hours. We have used them for everything HVAC related since and will continue to go through them because of their amazing customer service and great technicians!

Super helpful, I usually feel like companies just want me to replace what I have for something expensive. This was not the case, told me exactly what was needed and fixed it for me. Will definitely continue using for my rental properties.

Quick action to have someone come out! When the fix didn't quite take and there was still an issue, I called them after hours and an employee called me back at 8:00 pm to check in on me. They scheduled another visit the first thing the next day. He installed a new thermostat that I had just bought and that seemed to solve the additional problem. Both people involved were extremely helpful and got the job done. Friendly and great work! I always trust GR Metro.
