Always super professional when he comes and makes sure to say hi to all the dogs and cats. Always finds issues when I have them and makes recommendations on what to do. Always clean up afterwards as well and will take the trash even if it was before when he came.

Mark came out and rescued us, on a saturday, and we couldn't be happier. He was friendly, professional, and prompt. His service was excellent and the best part is our main drain is working again!! Would highly recommend.

Charlie and his partner an amazing job on our furnace and air conditioner installation. There were a few unexpected and complicated things to navigate, but they persevered, were communicative and just went above and beyond to be kind and friendly. What a great experience and it’s evident that GR Metro has a great culture!

Just had David and Nate out to diagnose my furnace. The results were bad but the service so far has been great. Informative, friendly, prompt!!! They squeezed me in this evening and will be out tomorrow to install.
