We are out today because system was failing to heat. It was running when I arrived today. Client recently swapped the filter. Saved error code on the furnace was showing a high limit trip, due to overheating. Temperature rise is fine with new filter. I was able to find the old filter and put that in to test and the system heated up very fast and tripped limit. Very fine dust particles on filter, most likely from using portable humidifier. Recommend monthly filter checks. System is operating properly at this time. Might not be a bad idea to look into a whole home humidifier. Gave estimate for that. Thank you for having us out!

Tune up. Cleaned flame sensor, checked filter, checked igniter. Verified proper amperage’s and temperatures. Checked and cleared drains. Verified proper temp split. Verified proper operations of safeties. Everything working correctly at this time. Did notice system was missing surge protection. Provided option for surge protection. When duct fog solution is back in stock we will return and preform the duct fog and install surge protection at the same time

Installed power humidifier.

Customer was having problems with their brand new smart thermostat. Tried trouble shooting methods to figure out what was wrong with it and also recommended for us to install a simple thermostat instead and customer wanted that instead.

Club member tune up. System works correctly at this time. Did notice igniter to be worn and condensate pump to be making sounds while running which coincide with wear. Provided options. Customer went with options and after work was done everything

No heat. Noticed board failed and transformer failed. Also noticed no surge protection and graveling inducer. Suggested replacement of those parts. Customer declined repairs in hopes to research for better options. They will reach out when they are ready to move forward

Customer had us out for a concern over his furnace cycling more than usual. Upon inspection of the system I noticed the furnace to be working correctly. Customer informed me the thermostat is old. It is an eco bee. After messing with setting for the threshold i noticed the thermostat not reading the temperature correctly in the Home. I confirmed this via my thermometer. I provided options for new thermostats, customer said they will mess around with it and see if they can make it work. They will reach out when they are ready to move forward

Installed Bradford White RG2PV75H6N power-vent water heater. Connected gas line using flexible connector. Installed new B-vent piping. Set gas pressure to 5" W.C. Adjusted thermostat to 120°F. Installed expansion tank. Tested TPR valve and verified proper venting with smoke test.

No heat in mobile home furnace. Clogged gas orifice from spider web, cleared and system functions properly

Loose safety wire blowing fuse while rubbing on blower motor shaft. Cut out old wiring and secured it. System works normal. Repair covered under warranty

I responded to a furnace not kicking on in Wyoming, MI. Upon inspection, I found a faulty igniter that was preventing the system from starting. I replaced the damaged igniter with a new OEM part and tested the furnace through a complete heating cycle. The system is now operating efficiently, and heat has been restored. I advised the homeowner on regular maintenance to prevent similar issues in the future.
