Club member tune up. Noticed heat exchanger to be very rusty and close to failure in multiple spots. Furnace is old. After going over everything with customers they decided to have an install supervisor come out and give options for replacement.

Furnace tune up. 10 year old furnace. Noticed normal wear for age. Noticed igniter to be worn and the condensate pump to be running for longer than usual and it sounded like it was grinding and worn. Customer replaced pump and igniter everything working correctly

Performed heating system tuneup. Inducer motor and blower motor amp draws all within proper specification. Tested system safeties and ignition components. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor. Gas pressures and temperature rise are within range. Tested condensate trap and drainage system. Verified the safety and integrity of the heat exchanger. 40 gal water heater with liner, collector box, drain line repair, igniter Installed

Returned to complete boiler repairs. Replaced main PCB and restored operation of the boiler. Ran it for a good amount of time to verify proper return water temperatures. Adjusted boiler set points and parameters and it is working properly at this time. Thank you for having us out!

We were out today because furnace keeps tripping limit switch. Verified gas pressure was proper. Trips after about 5-10 minutes of run time. Heat exchanger has some very suspicious spots on it. Lots of rust above burner assembly. Blower motor is fatigued. Bearings are failing and the capacitor is very weak. Hot surface igniter is worn, but that is not contributing to the overheating. We cannot guarantee the safety and reliability of this system and recommend considering an upgrade.

We were out today because the front bedroom is not heating well. Found that the airflow was proper to the room. Zone dampers are all working properly. Adjusted furnace stage timer from 20 minutes to auto, which will reduce how long system takes to jump to second stage heat. Set fan timer on thermostat to run 15 minutes per hour to help balance the air. Talked to client about adding a Nest room sensor to that bedroom to help with balancing. On a different note, the water heater is over 20 years old and is quit worn. Gave like for like and tankless replacement options. At this time, they are going to see how the adjustments I made today will improve the system before they move forward with the room sensor. Thank you for having us out!

N Ew furnace and water heater

Winter winds from last week blew pilot out. Relit pilot and water heater is working correctly and heating the water

Furnace tune up. Package unit in an apartment. Cleaned flame sensor, checked filter. Noticed spark igniter was a little dirty so I suggested cleaning. Everything else working correctly. With customer approval I cleaned igniter and everything works correctly

Double club tune up. 17 year old furnaces. Noticed wear typical for age and noticed blower motors are leaking a lot of oil and have a lot of bearing play also noticed corrosion on control board on one of the furnaces. After going over everything customer decided to set up an appointment for an install supervisor to come out and give replacement options next week

Purged air from zones, one at a time and got the lines cleared. Checked all radiators and verified that they are all heating. Replaced thermostats and SSU switch on boiler. System is operating properly at this time Thank you for having us out!

Double rental inspection. 1 furnace had failed heat exchanger. Water heaters and other furnace pass. Provided necessary options. We are replacing a water heater and furnace later today

No heat. Failed flame sensor. With customers approval I Cleaned spark igniter, replace failed flame sensor

Replaced failed circulator and old zone valves. Had trouble purging air from the system due to the filtrol valve on the expansion tank. Re-piped that and installed new expansion tank. Was able to get the system purged and restored operation. Working properly at this time. Thank you for having us out!
