Performed heating system tuneup. Inducer motor and blower motor amp draws all within proper specification. Tested system safeties and ignition components. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor. Gas pressures and temperature rise are within range. Tested condensate trap and drainage system. Verified the safety and integrity of the heat exchanger. System is operating properly at this time and is in overall good condition. Client mentioned humidifier was not working. Found GFCI tripped. Reset and it worked great. Showed her how to reset. Drain slope is poor. Completely rebuilt the condensate drain for proper drainage under warranty. Thank you for having us out!

Club member furnace tune up. Furnace is working correctly. Changed filter, cleaned flame sensor, checked amperage’s and temperatures of motors and everything is working correctly

Furnace installation

No ac in the home and concern for sparking and fires in the furnace. Noticed ecm blower motor and control board to be burned and not working as well as the condenser fan motor on the ac. Replacement scheduled for later this week.

We were out today to tuneup a boiler system. Tested pressure and flow rates. All working properly. Inspected venting and condensate system. Replaced condensate neutralizer. Cleaned flame sensor and burner electrode. Circulators are all working properly. Thank you for having us out!

We were out today for our AC Tuneup special and also to perform maintenance on furnace and water heater. Performed air conditioning tuneup. Verified operation of indoor blower and inspected evaporator coil. Tested condensate drain system. Verified proper air flow and temperature differential across coil. Outdoor controls and motors all testing within proper manufacturer specifications. Service disconnect is in good condition and properly fused. Compressor amp draws are within range. Verified condition of outdoor coils. Refrigerant levels are proper at this time. System is nearing the end of its expected service life, but is still operating properly. It may be time to plan ahead for eventual replacement. Drained and thoroughly flushed water heater. Performed heating system tuneup. During safety inspection, it was noticed that the heat exchanger has failed.
