No heat call, found there was a crack in the heat exchanger, failed pressure switches due to clogged internal drain. Went over repair options, customer wanted to speak with an install supervisor about replacement options.
David came to our home on a server call because our furnace had quit working. After a very thorough inspection he deemed our furnace unfixable . He shared the view of everything he saw with his camera. Great explanations, nice to actually see pictures of the problem areas. A very kind, efficient and understanding young man.

97% inverter $600 rebate and a 14 seer ac needs copper Lineset but electric should be good 5 year labor 2 year maintenance 10 year parts 10 year unit replacement furnace New thermostat non Wi-Fi basic
No heat. Noticed failed inducer motor and also due to age I did a courtesy check of the heat exchanger and noticed the primary and second to be failed. Heat exchanger on this particular furnace is obsolete. So repairs are unavailable. After going over options they opted to set up a time for an install supervisor to come out today for replacement options.
No heat. Failed igniter, control board and pressure switches. Scheduled to replace when parts come in and will replace and see if system works properly
